The Ethics Issues table is a mandatory PDF annex that applicants must complete and upload as part of their Eurostars application. It enables applicants to declare whether their project raises any of 12 categories of ethical issues, and to indicate the exact page and section of the application form where each issue is addressed. It complements Question 14 of the application and forms part of the ethics self-assessment.
