Eurostars only allows change requests after the Consortium Agreement (CA) is approved; any change must ensure that the seven Eurostars eligibility requirements are maintained, or the Eurostars label and funding can be withdrawn.
Changes can only be requested by the main partner via the Project Management Platform (excluding organisational changes that can be requested by each partner). Changes to the consortium require a revised Consortium Agreement, Commitment & Signature Form, and (if adding SMEs) an SME declaration and financial documents.

Eurostars is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs. The partnership is co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe.
