Eurostars funding information for Czech Republic
SME
Eurostars is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs. The partnership is co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe.
Czech funding body, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS), funds R&D costs for SMEs participating in our Eurostars programme.
MEYS covers up to 80% of project costs per year in grants for SMEs (up to 80% for industrial research project or up to 60% for experimental development project).
The maximum funding amount is a grant of 160,000 euro per project per year (i.e., a maximum amount of 480,000 euro for the whole project).
Large company
Eurostars is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs. The partnership is co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe.
Czech Republic currently has no allocated budget for large companies participating in our Eurostars programme. If you are a Czech large company wanting to participate in a Eurostars consortium, contact the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS) to see whether there are other funding opportunities available or talk to them about self-funding.
Research organisation or university
Eurostars is part of the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs. The partnership is co-funded by the European Union through Horizon Europe.

MEYS covers up to 100% of project costs per year in grants for universities and research organisations. Universities and research organisations must be contracted by a Czech SME as their project partner.
